In memory of my beautiful, intelligent daughter, Emma Louise who died suddenly of heart and lung failure, aged 22 on August 29th 2010. Emma had a heart transplant at age 13 months, and her new heart lasted 21 years before finally giving up. Emmas dream was to travel the world....please help her by passing her balloon along to all your friends so she still gets to visit lots of places and raise transplant awareness and organ donation.
