On July 25, 1996 Brittany Cathleen Shilts was born. She was beautiful baby girl who was 23 inches long, weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce. Unfortunately, Brittany was born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. While they were able to repair the hernia, they were not able to get her lungs to work correctly. After a 31 day fight, Brittany left earth to become an angel. She watches over us now and protects her sisters and brothers. I would like to see this balloon make it to at least 16 places by her 16th birthday. Of course, the more the merrier.
