Tierra's balloon is on a journey to visit people and places all around the world, and needs your help to pass it along! Tierra was only 12 when killed by a drunk driver 12/19/10, her killer has been arrested for DUI before. Her Killer, Trenton Gaff will only get about 10 yrs, she never got to open her Christmas gifts! Please help to raise awareness to make penalty's for DUI's more strict. Our Laws concerning DUI's are NOT strict and significant enough to detour ppl from drinking and driving!
